1. How did you first come to join Fit4Mom?
I joined Fit4Mom in fall of 2018. I started going to Boost with Erin, and her infectious energy got me hooked!
2. How long have you been an instructor and what classes do you teach? I am a run coach. You can come get your steps with me on Tuesdays and Sundays!
3. What do you love the most about being part of the Fit4Mom Community
I have met so many amazing women here that are kind, fun, and inspiring.
4. What would you say to someone who is hesitant to check out our classes
I get it!! Trying new things can be scary. Fit4Mom classes are great for any level of experience or fitness level. You can tailor every class and exercise to your needs, and all of our instructors are prepared to meet you where you are.
5. What's your favorite Chapel Hill/Carrboro restaurant/eatery and what's your favorite thing to get there?
I love Bar Taco at University Place. The sesame ribeye taco, the guacamole, and they also make a great margarita! 10/10 recommended for kids and adults.
6. Would you prefer a relaxing vacation or an action packed vacation?
Action packed! The past two summers my family has done an RV road trip for our summer vacation and we packed in so many amazing experiences and core memories on those trips.
7. I'm happiest when...
Weekend days without too many plans are my favorite! So refreshing after a hectic week of school, work, and activities.
8. One more interesting fact we don't know about you.
I am a total neat freak.
