After operating an "ice cream kiosk" for several years at University Place in Chapel Hill, Jerry & Robin decided to focus on securing a fixed location close to their Chatham County, NC home. This became a reality in fall of 2023 when Circle City Ice Cream opened its doors at 21 W. Chatham Street, Pittsboro, NC. Circle City Ice Cream is a unique ice cream shop specializing in hand dipped ice cream from Maple View (locally sourced) and Blue Bell, (national brand out of Texas). At Circle City you will find 16 flavors of hand dipped ice cream as well as shakes, malted shakes, sundaes, banana splits, many types of cones as well as many flavors of floats.
