1. How did you first come to join Fit4Mom?
I started Fit4Mom in 2018 with just a weekly boost class (Shout out to Erin Tilley, the GOAT). It was such a fun, no judgment zone- I was hooked!
2. How long / what classes do you teach?
I am a run coach.
3. What do you love the most about being part of the Fit4Mom Community?
The people. I have met some AMAZING women here who keep me motivated and teach me something new every time I see them.
4. What would you say to someone who is hesitant to check out our classes?
I get it! I felt like that the first time too. Just do it, we're fun, and we love new faces! You have to start somewhere with fitness, and every fit4mom class can cater to any fitness level.

6. Biggest "guilty pleasure"?
I love a very cold beer and potato chips. No guilt though, just balance!
7. I'm happiest when...
I am relaxing at home or on vacation with my family. We went to Switzerland this summer and it was so lovely.
8. One more interesting fact we don't know about you.
I used to say "I don't run". And now I run twice a week and try to get all of you join me lol
