Meet Holly, Our July Instructor of the Month

1. How did you first come to join Fit4Mom?

I joined when my daughter was about 7 weeks old! My first class was stroller strides. I loved the community of moms and positive vibes, along with a good sweat session I got at each class!

2. How long / what classes do you teach?

I taught Stroller Strides for a year (until my daughter no longer wanted to be in the stroller!), and I have been teaching Boost for about a year as well. I’m currently teaching Boost Camp on Tuesdays this summer – it’s such a great way to start the day!

3. What do you love the most about being part of the Fit4Mom Community?

I love making connections with other moms and helping them achieve their fitness goals.

4. What would you say to someone who is hesitant to check out our classes?

The hardest part is getting out the door and getting to class – so just make a plan and do it! You’ll never leave a class regretting that you came.

5. Describe yourself in three words.

Hard working mama!

6. Biggest "guilty pleasure"?

Probably still a glass of red wine and a couple of Dove chocolates (lol)

7. I'm happiest when...

My family is happy, and we’re doing something fun outdoors, like spending time in our pool or going on a long walk together.

8. One more interesting fact we don't know about you.

I’ve been really into gardening this spring and summer. I’ve always enjoyed planting various flowers and house plants, but I have tried some vegetables and herbs this summer as well. I have made home made pesto quite a few times already that my family loves. I’ve also made a few different kinds of teas with fresh herbs. We will soon be able to harvest lots of tomatoes, squash and zucchini! In addition, I love spending time on our John Deere cutting our lawn. It’s very relaxing for me – I put on some good music and enjoy the outdoors!
