Meet Erin, Our April Instructor of the Month

1. How did you first come to join Fit4Mom? I joined after I had my second child in 2015.

2. How long / what classes do you teach? I've taught them all except Run Club and Body Ignite LOL! I currently teach Body Well on Tues/Thurs in Briar Chapel. Shout out to the Hot Mess Express ladies!

3. What do you love the most about being part of the Fit4Mom Community? The people. The bonds that can be built through motherhood are some of the tightest bonds you'll ever have.

4. What would you say to someone who is hesitant to check out our classes? It's so scary and intimidating to start something new, espicially when that something new involves people and exercise! But come try it. I swear you won't regret it and you will leave feeling better than you came!

5. Describe yourself in three words. Exuberant, Gregarious and Encouraging

6. Biggest "guilty pleasure"? Not making dinner when my husband is out of town. Y'all on your own!

7. I'm happiest when... I'm home alone, eating snacks and watching a crime documentary

8. One more interesting fact we don't know about you. I met my husband in 5th grade!
