Michelle grew up in downstate New York. She attended Russell Sage College in upstate NY where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Business and then went onto the University at Albany to get a Masters in Finance. She is married to Ken whom she met while she was in college and they have two daughters: Alia a student UNC and Kira a student at NC State. Michelle was able to take early retirement from her Project Management role at LexisNexis in 2022. Now that Michelle has lots of free time she loves to spend it with Ken, her daughters and her Fit4Mom friends! She joined Fit4Mom in October 2019 by sending Amy Rosso an email that said “Not a new mom, not even vaguely” since Michelle thought F4M was only for new moms! Michelle was convinced she wasn’t a runner, but just completed her first 10 miler in 2023 and keeps signing up for more races. She keeps coming back because of the friendships she has made with all of the amazing Fit4Mom women.
