Our Women's Run Club in Chapel Hill and Carrboro is open to ALL running levels, from beginner to advanced. No running experience required!
Whether you want to learn how to run, train for a race, run farther, run faster, simply run for fun, we have options for you! Meet new running buddies as you improve your health and fitness. Routes are stroller friendly if you want or need to bring your kiddo along for the ride. Our running coaches will help you improve your health and fitness, and connect with other women runners. Our coaches plan two route options for you to choose from and upload them to our shared FIT4MOM Chapel Hill group on the free app "RunGo". We were all at our first run once, and we are ready to greet you and help you feel welcome! Run Club is included in our Monthly Memberships and Annual Run Club Pass.
