Fit4Baby® prenatal fitness classes are designed specifically for pregnant moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin classes at any point during your pregnancy as the prenatal workouts are designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training. Each class ends with a relaxing meditation. Enjoy some moments of peaceful meditation at the end of class, allowing you special time to connect with your baby. Expecting mothers are able to connect during classes while preparing for labor, delivery, and meeting their little one.
Our prenatal workouts meet on Sundays 9-10a at the Women's Birth and Wellness Center and Thursdays 7:30-8:30pm at Fleet Feet Sports Carrboro. Your first class is FREE! Click here to view for class schedule enroll in your class.
