What it is:
Learn more about our Running for Beginner’s 5-Mile training program! FREE to women new to Run Club or our Race Training Programs!

What to expect:
Meet our coaches and women who run with FIT4MOM! We'll warm up together and enjoy a group run. Our coaches will help you learn more about our fall training program. After our group run, we'll stretch together and enjoy post-run coffee and bagels!

What to bring?
Yourself and water. Come dressed to run. Come solo (you won't be alone, we promise!), or feel free to bring friends and family! Furry friends are okay and must be on a leash.
