Body Back® 8-Week Session

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed for women. Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class.

  • Nutrition Coaching and Food Journaling

Body Back® workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help women surpass their health and fitness goals.

Each 8-week session is limited to 8-12 moms so you receive individualized attention and coaching. Make sure to reserve your spot early. Program payments are non-refundable, since your payment holds your spot in the course. Please note: this program is not appropriate for pregnant women. Postpartum moms should be at least 6 months after delivery.
