Body Back® is a results-based program that combines two high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts per week with nutritional coaching, food journaling, meal planning, recipes, online support, and before/after fitness assessments, body measurements, and photos. Participants must be at least 6 months postpartum to enroll in the session.
Join us for a FREE Body Back Open House! Bring a yoga mat or towel and come ready to sweat! We’ll do a 45-min High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, then enjoy tasty recipes from our Body Back recipe book! This is a great opportunity to try a class, see the nutrition guide and recipe books, learn about our upcoming 8-week session, ask questions, meet the instructors, chat with moms who have been through the program, and make some new friends!

Our goal is to provide meaningful experiences for both mom and child(ren). We facilitate uplifting supportive conversation for mom and developmental activities for children that emphasize wonder, discover and creativity. Playgroups are thoughtfully planned and led by our Playgroup Captains with backgrounds in education.more
Climb Out of the Darkness® is the world’s largest event raising awareness of maternal mental illnesses like postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety & OCD, postpartum PTSD, postpartum psychosis, bipolar/peripartum onset, and pregnancy depression and anxiety. The Climb will held on Sunday, June 24th at 9am for a stroller friendly hike in Briar Chapel. All proceeds go to Postpartum Support International - North Carolina.
