Fit4Baby® prenatal fitness classes are designed specifically for pregnant moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin classes at any point during your pregnancy as the prenatal workouts are designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training. Each class ends with a relaxing meditation. Enjoy some moments of peaceful meditation at the end of class, allowing you special time to connect with your baby. Expecting mothers are able to connect during classes while preparing for labor, delivery, and meeting their little one.

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun!

Get your quick feet moving with a NEW class designed to increase your endurance while developing your speed, agility, and quickness. Training your body to perform with precision between aerobic steady-state and breathlessness is hard to do, but you'll master it in this class. This 60-minute workout is the perfect cardio-based cross-training complement to Run Club, Body Back, or Stroller Strides / Barre. Bodyweight conditioning is performed between cardio sets for strength and stamina. You'll find yourself stronger, fitter, and faster the more you attend! This class is great for any woman looking to add a cardio and conditioning workout to her schedule.

This class is held outdoors and moves indoors in the event of inclement weather. Please wear reflective gear when exercising in the dark. Children can attend this mom-focused workout, but must be securely strapped into their stroller.more

Saturday 9/8 at 7:30a at Woods Charter School & 7:30a at YouthWorx on Main in Carrboro, and Wednesday at 7:00p in Southern Village! Join us for a FREE Body Back Open House! Bring a yoga mat or towel and come ready to sweat! We’ll do a 45-min High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, then enjoy tasty recipes from our Body Back recipe book! This is a great opportunity to try a class, see the nutrition guide and recipe books, learn about our upcoming 8-week session, ask questions, meet the instructors, chat with moms who have been through the program, and make some new friends!

Your coach will help you care for your mind, body, and spirit as you improve your overall health and well-being. Your 8-week program includes two high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts a week that are designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. HIIT workouts are proven to burn more calories and increase your metabolic rate. This fitness program also includes nutritional coaching, supplemental online workouts, accountability, support, before and after comparisons. Change is 70% nutrition and 30% exercise. Body Back® is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. HIIT workouts are a form of interval training alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. Not suitable during pregnancy.

Our women's Run Club in Chapel Hill and Carrboro is open to ALL running levels, from beginner to advanced. No running experience required! Whether you want to learn how to run, train for a race, run farther, run faster, simply run for fun, we have options for you! Meet new running buddies as you improve your health and fitness. Routes are stroller friendly if you want or need to bring your kiddo along for the ride. Our running coaches will help you improve your health and fitness, and connect with other women runners. Our coaches plan two route options for you to choose from and upload them to our shared FIT4MOM Chapel Hill group on the free app "RunGo". Look for our big RUN CLUB flag to find our group. We were all at our first run once, and we are ready to greet you and help you feel welcome!
