Join us 8a every Sunday at Wilson Park in Carrboro for a group run! We have fun, make new friends, and encourage each other! Run Club is included in Monthly Memberships or available as an Annual Pass.

We also offer race training programs. Our programs are designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. You'll learn about running fundamentals including injury prevention, pace, form, gear, and more! Strollers are welcome for training runs, but may not be permitted during your race.
